This morning I heard the words: -Don't bicker about who is walking into the promised land first.
The Grace of God will cover all things and so these words aren't to condemn but to bring freedom and joy as well as an awareness of potential blind spots.
There is an exciting new season that many are seeing right now - which is the crossing through the Jordan and into the promised land. You can see the new land, the harvest, the manifestation of your vision(s) - it's so close you can almost touch it.
There is huge anticipation in the air knowing the start of the fulfilment of the promise and practical out workings of your vision is upon you.
Many are finding that there is an increase in resistance and misunderstandings around them. Arguments, feeling of competitiveness and frustration are some of what is whirling around.
I then heard- you all have a place set for you in the promised land. This means that there isn't a competition with who's vision manifests first, or who launches a project first or has finances, provision or property released first - because your timing will come perfectly when God invites you to step into your new season.
I was reminded of:
Hebrews 10:24-25 - TPT "Discover creative ways to encourage others and to motivate them toward acts of compassion, doing beautiful works as expressions of love. This is not the time to pull away and neglect meeting together, as some have formed the habit of doing, because we need each other! In fact, we should come together even more frequently, eager to encourage and urge each other onward as we anticipate that day dawning".
Romans 12:15-17 - TPT "Celebrate with those who celebrate, and weep with those who grieve. Live happily together in a spirit of harmony, and be as mindful of another’s worth as you are your own. Don’t live with a lofty mind-set, thinking you are too important to serve others, but be willing to do menial tasks and identify with those who are humble minded. Don’t be smug or even think for a moment that you know it all.
Never hold a grudge or try to get even, but plan your life around the noblest way to benefit others"
So perhaps ask God to pour out his Grace to you, his patience and understanding, His heart for your brothers and sisters and for yourself. He is for you and is excited about what is coming in partnership with you.
So lets keep celebrating the blessings, breakthroughs release and acceleration of those around us - knowing that the time others will celebrate with you will come.
